On March 28, 2025, Helen Hernandez received an email indicating an AHRQ resource site may or may not continue to be available. In the event that the PSNet site goes down, here are all the "Patient Safety Primers" that were located on that site on 3/28/2025. Each PDF clearly states who was responsible for the work and it should be expressly clear that KAL Research Initiatives LLC did not create these, is not taking credit for any of the hard work poured into producing these resources, but is simply maintaining the resources for the Patient Safety Community.
